The service here was exceptional. The owner personally greeted us and was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming. The food was great too— I had the red beans and rice with pork, and my husband ordered the rice with pigeon peas and stewed goat. We also shared plantains and eggplant “meatballs,” and everything was on point. The wait time was short, and when it came time to pay, the owner even tried to treat us to one of our sides, which was such a kind gesture (though my husband politely declined). Overall, a wonderful dining experience—we’ll definitely be back.

This a brand new (2024) Dominican Restaurant in the heart of Peabody, MA. The place is beautiful, family friendly, nice and clean decor and has a.combination of tables and booths The booths are perfect for families with small children. The owner is super nice and sweet, very helpful. She and her staff offer a very nice service and are very accommodating. As many Dominican and Hispanic restaurants, they also have a meal of the day buffet with a selection of the main Staples of the standard Dominican food. If you are looking for a nice and ymmy "Bandera dominicana" meal, this is a great place. The "Moro de guandules con chivo guisado' is like you are eating in the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic. Order a side of tostones or sweet plantains to complete your meal. If you are there early enough you may be lucky to get "un chin de concon" (a little bit of the burnt rice that Dominicans love to have). They brew fresh coffee in house, so you can have a regular cafecito after your meail and they also have a small selection of freshly squeezed natural fruit juices and a few Dominican dessert options. When sitting down, feel free to ask for your favorite version of Dominican music or any other. Always mindful of the rest of the patrons in the place. Fully recommended.

We had the jugo de chinola, yuca frita, mofongo con bistec en salsa, and mofongo con camarones al ajillo. Every single dish was seasoned to perfection. The energy in the place matches the food: loud in the best way, alive, and unapologetically Caribbean. Service was solid, friendly, and fast. You could tell they wanted everyone to enjoy the experience, not just the meal. If you’re looking for a spot that delivers flavor, rhythm, and good energy, this place hits every note. Definitely coming back.

I'm not a big Dominican food person, but I was recommended to try this place. It is hands down the best Dominican restaurant in all of Massachusetts. I was aiming for the oxtail but apparently everything's cooked the same day so they ran out. I got chicken with sauce, beans and rice. The beans were very good but too many spices in my opinion. The rice was very delicious with the chicken and its sauce. The chicken was good also. It was quiet when I went a little difficult to find street parking. I don't know if it's wheelchair accessible because of the stairs in the front. Everyone was friendly. The booths are very clean

I drive from Central Massachusetts to come here. I went once while visiting Salem, and now it has become my go to whenever we want Spanish food. Talk about authentic!!! It doesn’t get any better than this unless you’re back home on the island! The cook definitely knows what she’s doing!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!! Great food and Superb service at a reasonable price!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
